This page explains what happens to information when you buy from The Press Room.

Who sells you the book

Orders are processed by Digistore24, our authorised reseller. When you buy, you are contracting with Digistore24 as the merchant of record. They collect and process your payment details and your billing information under their own privacy policy, and they appear on your statement.

What we receive

We receive the email address you used at checkout and the name of the product you bought, so that the download can be delivered and so we can answer support questions. We do not receive or store your card details at any point.

What we do with it

We do not sell, rent or trade your email address. We do not build advertising profiles from it.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to fetch them.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and no longer than that. If you ask us to delete your email address from our list, we do it.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to support@pressonnailplaybook.online. For anything concerning payment data, contact Digistore24 directly, since they are the controller for it.
